On m'a servi une poutine large au lieu d'extra large. La sauce avait des montons. J'ai commandé une poutine avec du smoked meat, le smoked meat était des gros cubes non-coupés et "chewy" en bouche.... Barf...

confusing order options. I didn't know there was a specific item for medium poutine italienne, so I w user the one with size options and paid 8$ more. it wasn't clear that the hotdog would come with mustard and relish if you don't instruct otherwise, so I was expecting a plain hotdog and was badly surprised. and the hotdog was cold and soggy
