The Chi Tea Classic burger is my new favorite! The jalapeños added nice kick and the bubble teas were delicious as well. Fries were flavorful and even better with the chi sauce.

The flavor was good on the Chicken Loaded Fries however when I got my food it looked like I just got a few pieces of fries and chicken and they called it a day. Also, the Large Bubble Tea was watered down and I wasn't really able to enjoy it. I feel like when they take the time to make the food it's delicious but that day it wasn't the best.

Slowly going downhill.. . First they changed their chicken to a cheaper skinny flavorless tender. Then they slowly stopped caring about consistency. And today I got fried pickles that used to be the last good thing they had. And sent it out clearly looking terrible. Burned, old breading, but somehow they thought...yeah it's a door dash order who cares.

First time trying this place. I was craving Bubble Tea which I didnt really like btw & also decided to try a burger. The Chi Tea Classic Slider was AMAZING. Im actually upset I didn get a bigger one. The milktea just had a bad flavor. I ate the pearls though.
