The pan was so good! Empanadas were buttery and gooey. Sauces on point. Every dish was perfect. Cannot wait to dine in person. Yes please.

see picture of side of jasmine rice. looks half eaten, right? well, it's not. that's how much you get. one small scoop of rice at that price point. i recommend you go a couple doors down to any of the other four options on 16th and get 4x as much for sameSteamed Jasmine Rice at same price or less.

The Parmesan Scallops were not what i expected from the previous photos. Very small and dry and waaaaaay too much parmesan. The shells are very sharp and can easily hurt your mouth. The Pan Con Chicharron was yummy, but it was about 2/3 fat 1/3 meat.

I ordered right before closing, and I was too unwell to cook. I feel like it could have been amazing if I ordered earlier in the day possibly. The combination of grilled veggies with the chicken was lovely to look at. The sauce cascading over the meal was just as appealing. However, the flavor was very lacking. I would like to give them another try, though.

The Pork Belly Anticuchero is incredible. Very flavorful, and the sauce has a lovely kick. It also has spicy peppers in the sauce, and I think potatoes underneath each piece of pork belly but it couldbe cassava. Highly recommend!
