This location consistently delivers subpar meals. We have slowly stopped ordering from this location due to their poor quality control. This mostly stems around their nuggets. Today we had three orders of nuggets and all of them were burnt and mainly just the crunchy bits. Long gone are the days of Chickfila delivering golden brown juicy nuggets. They are always more like jerky. I have brought this up to a manager before but it appears they just dont care.

Ordered the food Friday night and have been too busy with graduation activities to report it within 24 hours therefore I get nothing but a missing item with no resolution . I paid over $50 for a family of 4 not including drinks with fries missing.

I ordered 3 strips but I received 20 nuggets instead. Not worth time & effort to contact the store about the mistake. I'm not surprised it happened at this location. Food is never right or fresh even in the drive-thru. I only order from here because it's convenient.

Chicken sandwich was like rubber. I had to discard it. Disappointing as the food here is typically great.
