I order this ALL the time and it has NEVER been this poor... there is hardly any pimento cheese on it and what is on the sandwich is barely even on the chicken.. or the bread itself for that matter. And the jalapeños.. this whole sandwich is poorly done.

I paid for extra egg . And of course didn't receive it. And the lettuce is welted thru out not just under chicken . Please read order tickets cuz we pay too much for this quality

The fries are burnt and taste like oil. I tried to order from the chickfila not in the mall but by accident I ordered from the one in the mall. Chicken tenders have nasty fat pieces all in them and make it where I don't wanan eat it at all. This food is disgusting. Even the sweet tea is nasty.
