The Cobb Salad was not fresh. The Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® are packaged wrong because every time I order them they're always soggy from the heat. The mac & cheese was dry & the bacon tasted old. I never known chic fil la to be this way but there's a first time for everything.

the waffle fries were really soggy and flimsy and the chicken the breading was peeling off they looked old everything was cold like they was microwaved the food just didn't seem as fresh as it usually does this time around

Chick filet basic sandwich is always really good. Love the waffle fries dipped in cheese sauce. The brownie is the perfect dessert

The salads were delicious, beautifully made, fresh crisp blend of greens and fruit. The store newly opened in front of the Boardman Giant Eagle and the Tiffany Blvd store take pride in the presentation and quality of the food they serve whereas the mall store throws together orders without caring if it is even edible. I will never order from the mall store again---I gave a chicken nugget to my dogs and they were ill for two days.
