the last 2 times the Chicken Tortilla Soup has been super thin and watery, not at all like normal. More like they are trying to thin it out and make it go further but still charging an insane amount.

I agree with other reviewer - this location always fills fries halfway and then tops them off with whatever sauces you order. Also, had an order that had to be cancelled and reordered and they just used the old order that had been sitting there for 35 minutes already before being reordered. Everything was ice cold and soggy as you can imagine. Abnormally poor service in comparison to what you can usually expect from this chain.

We go to this chick-fil-A all the time and today was disappointing. The fries were awful and the large was only half full.
