Chick-fil-A is usually great but this time was really a let-down. The fries were half full with all the sauces piled on top so they were soggy and all smushed together and I also never received the peppermint shake I ordered.

I am writing to share my positive experience at your restaurant over the last few months. During my recent visits, I have been consistently impressed by one of your team members, Cara.
Cara is an exceptionally hard worker and a true team player. Whether she is at the register or delivering food to tables, she consistently ensures that customers are happy and satisfied. Her professionalism and dedication are so evident that even my daughter recognized her from a previous visit. I was actually surprised to learn that she is not currently in a management role, as she handles her responsibilities with such excellence.
I wanted to make sure her hard work did not go unnoticed. Thank you for employing such high-quality staff.

The chicken strips were overcooked. The fries were cold. The Mac and cheese was tasteless. They gave me scraps.
