• 6/8/22Disappointing. The chocolate milkshake tasted like someone had made a vanilla milkshake and then remembered they needed to add chocolate at the last minute. It was really small for the price. The fries were cold and not fresh.

The Chick-fil-A® Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal was amazing. Although I did not receive my drink, the meal was good.
The fries were a bit salty as well as the sandwich but it was good. The chicken sandwich was juicy.

• 4/21/23Order the Grilled Chicken Club Meal with the watermelon mint sunshine drink and the drink was not what I received and the bread was hard and crumbly. I usual order from Cary and never had this problem. I am so disappointed in the Hillsborough location.

• 1/28/26It was very bad not fresh, cold. the fries had green and brown spots, cold not fresh. The chicken was loaded with oil and completely drenched the bread.
