• 1/19/25It was only good because of the Chick-fil-A® Nuggets The Chicken Tortilla Soup was terrible. It was thick like paste, I had to add water to it and there was NO chicken in it. Literally teeny chicken shavings. For almost $8 they need to be ashamed of themselves.

• 12/7/24I got it with no chicken after paying 26$ for salad and look at the quantity I usually get it in the store full of ingredients ! ! I reached out to the support they answered thanks for bringing our attention to this!! They refused to help me in anyway ! Very disappointing

• 7/22/25The food was packed neatly and organized well. The food was also flavorful. The waffle potato fries were not hot though. The chicken noodle soup was tasty and hot but it did not have any chicken in it. It was basically a noodle soup with carrots and celery. The veggie wrap is usually good so that’s always a winner. The staff did a great job with my order. The company, however, should improve the quality of the soup by making sure each batch contains chicken in it before selling it as “chicken noodle soup.”
