The Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries® were completely hard. We got no sauce packets, our Cookies & Cream Milkshakes did not have chocolate syrup and our Mac & Cheese was completely dry and tasted like it had been sitting out for a very long time

Cobb Salad could have tasted better had a few dead lettuce. Portion size always amazing. The best Mac & Cheese will order again not that Cobb Salad

Love the chicken sandwich always! Just tried the chicken noodle soup for the first time! It's super good. Nice flavor. Will definitely order again.

Most of the time, my order is fine. Other times, there will be items missing from my order like my sandwich was missing today which annoyed me, I got a refund though. Once they gave me a medium fry when I asked for a large. Sometimes they don't include any sauces or straws for drinks. It's good most of the time, just wish this issued didn't happen to me more than once out of the many times I have ordered here.
