High prices, plus delivery and additional fees are the highest of your local competitors. You never offer deals. This gives a negative impression.
Also, the last two times I went through the drive thru (two weeks apart), the girls at the window were openly engaged in negative gossip. It felt awkward having to hear this. Not a good reflection on the management.

Shrinkflation has hit Chick-Fil-A. The chicken sandwiches are smaller. I asked for one sandwich without pickles and they were removed from both. I accidentally ordered waffle chips instead of fries. Highly disappointed that I didn't catch it. Otherwise still enjoyable but glad I had a credit to bring down the cost.

The Avocado Lime ranch is terrible. I have no way of confirming I changed dressing before confirming the order but I'm sure I did. The garden ranch is great. I'm pretty sure if it's a 3rd party they just send avocado lime to get that LimeSol out of the walk in fridge before its expire date that probably doesn't exist.
