I’ve always appreciated Chick-fil-A for their consistency and attention to detail, but my recent order was surprisingly disappointing. My grilled chicken entree was noticeably short on chicken pieces, which felt like a poor value right off the bat. To make matters worse, the zesty sauce I requested was missing... something that really affects the overall flavor and enjoyment of the meal. What really caught me off guard was the condition of the packaging. Every single container was sticky to the touch, and I had to wipe each one down before even considering eating. It felt careless and unhygienic, which is not something I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-a.

Ok, so it's July 4th and maybe you're short staffed or just apathetic about your job...this wrap is just sad. Mostly tortilla, wilted lettuce and a few scraps of chicken and shredded cheese. Missing dressing ordered with wrap. Do better Stuart FL Chick-Fil A

Missing one of our sandwhichs, and this sandwhich was loaded down with pickles when it was supposed to be no pickles. The bottom bun was soaked with pickle juice. The large and medium fries were less than half full and were soggy. Disappointing for sure.

The chicken nuggets didn't taste well and the fries were burnt. I was not happy with the meal at all.

Our "large" fries werent filled to the top they were filled half way and the fries were SO soggy and the bag was soaked it was falling apart and comp ripped when we picked it up .
