I admit to loving this restaurant. That being said, tonight the 3-piece chicken strips were more like 2 pieces and an overcooked very small nugget. For the cost of the food, I would think the food would be cooked correctly, and the serving sizes would be equal. Do better!

Mac & cheese was dry and clumpy.
Fries were barely warm.
12 count nugget meal only contained 8 nuggets. To get resolution through doordash regarding the missing nuggets, a photo was required, which I neglected to take before eating.

The mac nd Mac & Cheese was really delicious i have to say its even better the popeyes. Really creamy and cheesy

This store almost always forgets to pack things in the bag. The bags are sealed so I know it is the store error. Just recently an entire entree was missing so one person in my group was left without their food.

It hurts my heart having to leave this review, but growing up with Chick-fil-A in Atlanta, I always remebered the food being perfection. Not once have I ever had a complaint until today. Upon receiving my food, I noticed the macaroni spilled in the bag. No big deal as im sure it happened en route to me. I just can't get over the soggy Chick-fil-A® Sandwich Meal. The sandwich was terrible and the fries were not cooked long enough. Mistakes happen and im hopeful this is a one time mistake.
