Awful honestly. Doesn't taste like Chick-fil-A chicken at all. It's bland and flavorless. The quality of the chicken is awful on the Chick-n-Strips® Meal. The sizes of the strips are all different. Horrible and wouldn't order again. The chicken sandwich isn't spicy anymore either.

The Chick-fil-A "sandwiches" were so greasy they were wet. DISGUSTING! And since apparently you have to PAY EXTRA FOR BREAD for your sandwich, so I misunderstood their stupid ordering process, I got two soggy greasy breading covered pieces of chicken with pickles on them in container six times their size. It's been many years since I ordered anything from this chain. Never, ever, EVER again. The size of the medium macaroni and cheese is laughable. What is the small serve in? A little plastic shot glass? What a waste of money. Just gross.

hashbrowns were soggy - no crunch. chicken biscuit was really good. biscuit was nice and fluffy and chicken was a perfect portion. 🥰

Terrible salad. Nothing but chunks of the root of the lettuce. I pulled all the bad pieces of it and there were more toppings left than lettuce. I've been getting this salad for months and it's always this way. Time for a change!

Not sure about these bad reviews (one has a bad reviews on everywhere she has ordered, so forget that one). I have ordered several times and every one is perfect!! I have not one bad thing to say, so thank you for great food!!
