1st let me say I love chick fila and only recently have started having issues with delivered orders. Tonight I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup and when I tell you there was not one piece of chicken, I'm not exagerating. Very weird - not even a shred of chicken and the bowl was less than half full. Never had that happen before.
I also called the store shortly after placing the order to ask for condiments - he took my info yet nothing was sent. I get it's nearing the end of the shift but this stuff is already pricey and to have a cup of noodles for $8 is not a good look.

Spicy sandwich was good as always but the cookie was hard how can you even put that in a customers bag. I threw it away.

Biscuits always soft soggy light, & falling apart. Where's the golden? Where's the slight crisp? Been ordering here alm a wk while on work assignment. And all week these biscuits bn weak!! Idk who's on morning staff but they need to tighten up!
