I am very disappointed with the food I received. I have always expected your food to be good, but this time the quality was extremely poor. The burger had a very strange taste, and the fries were not edible at all.
This experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the amount I paid. I would appreciate a refund or appropriate compensation for this order.

The Spicy Chicken Biscuit came with the chicken not coocked thoroughly. The texture was relly weird.

I love chickfila but this store consistently gets my order wrong and always forgets the milk in the kids meal (which can lead to a toddler meltdown). When I order in store I always have to remind them but I don't have that chance or DoorDash.
