The chicken sandwich is usually great never had an issue but this time it was so rubbery that I had to toss it out I couldn't eat it and the bacon was so under cooked I picked it off the top.

Did not include the waffle fries even though they were clearly listed on the receipt attached to the bag. The rampant complaints about order accuracy from this location (even at the drive thru) are no exaggeration.
