• 9/29/25Normally I don't have any issues, but I ordered a large fry today & over half of the fry sleeve was empty. There also wasn't a sticker over my lid. I think it's a shame I paid so much to not fully get what I ordered.

• 10/23/25Salads keep getting smaller and smaller with less ingredients but price keeps climbing. This salad literally had a teaspoon of chicken

• 1/22/26I am a huge chikfila fan but this was the worse I've ever had. The bun was soggy, the chicken was fatty/grisly and the fries not cooked well.
