the christmas packaging was so cute. i loved it. also the hashbrowns were extremely delicious. the minis were classic as always. i love chicfila will order again.

The food is always great, but, 1.89 for a 1/4 cup of cheese sauce is a little much. Fill the cup up .

They must've had someone new cooking tonight, it was barely edible. Chicken was cooked properly, but the tomato on my sandwich was barely safe to serve, and the cookie's chocolate was not melty (at all) like it usually is. I had to pour out my drink because it tasted genuinely awful. I wish my meal was better than it was... it's typically not this bad from this location. Chick-fil-A® Deluxe MealChocolate Chunk Cookie

They are sending drinks without a sticker on the straw hole
And the lid which is a safety hazard. They used to always do this. I've ordered three times recently and it's the third time they've done this. Very unbecoming and unsafe.

12 piece was only 11 pieces and even a few of them were almost devoid of chicken. Large fries was only half full. Similar situation last time I ordered delivery but I overlooked it the first time. Now it's a trend.
