the chicken sandwich bun was a little soggy which I would assume is due to the insulation of the wrapper and it being buttered, but in the end it was still fairly warm and absolutely juicy and crispy as I like it. The fries as usual blow me away with the sauce. Despite the slight sogginess, it still ranks as my #1 go to for chicken sandwiches, just wish the portion size was a little bigger lol...

Chick-fil-A is always pretty good and I love it, but I ordered the kale crunch side. That container is pretty small anyway, and it was maybe half full? I paid close to $5 for 3 bites. You guys need to fill that up a little bit more next time please!

Frosted lemonade is forever my favorite!! So yummy every time without fail and has perfect, cold texture, even when I order it on Doordash! Best fries ever, best chicken ever. 5 stars all around!

I have been going to the Jordan Landing Chick-fil-A since it opened. I ordered delivery as both my daughter & I were sick on July 4th. The 4-piece Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips® are normally good. Breading & chicken in good proportion. Not that day. Mostly breading. To say the website has poor customer service is a misnomer. I couldn't get past the instructions. I was disappointed in the food that Saturday. Even the original chicken sandwich was mostly breading.

I ordered a large fry in my combo and they gave me maybe half of the fries and put my sauce and nap in it on top to hide it. I paid the price for a large and got maybe a small.
