Always AMAZING, always warm and fresh chicken tenders and the biscuits have the perfect amount of butter. Always good at following the special instructions. One of my top places to order from:)  awesome customer service at this location.

I've ordered from Chicken Express for a long time and the food was always very good. However my gizzard was fried very hard and it had pieces of chicken nuggets mixed in. The fish was also overcooked. 
Everything else was consistent and good.

You now get less food for the same price.  Used to get 2 sides with a meal and now you only receive one side for the same price.  
And the drink was more ice than drink. 
I very rarely submit a review but having frequented this establishment for many   years and watching the decline in the amount of food that you receive......I am very disappointed.

Best fish and gizzard that we have found. We also love the rolls, tea, coleslaw is excellent. Actually we like everything that we have ordered so far.

I ordered a family size MP, received 2 small containers one full of gravy, the other half way full with gravy no MP. Ordered regular MacCheese received a family container and it is all runny and soggy. Overall bad experience.
