the meal is amazing as always but I paid for extra sauce and didnt get it. this isnt the first time this happened too

I like the food here, but the quality is all over the place. Sometimes the chicken is solid and clean, and other times it’s soft, fatty, or has purple/blue bruising. Portions also vary—some bowls are full, and some come with barely a fist’s worth of chicken. For the price, it’s not worth it. It should be at least $5 cheaper for what you get.
Mashed potatoes are always good, but the rest is inconsistent. Staff prep everything with bare hands. I know gloves aren’t required in Florida, but basic hygiene would go a long way.
For how expensive it is, they should be giving a full portion every time and offering free toppings instead of charging for everything.

Ordered an original chop chop with chicken skin and paid extra for that only to receive more chicken skin than chicken itself bowl barely had half a cup of chicken.

I always order the bazooka bowl and they always fill it up but its only happened to me once that the bowl felt super empty but overall they do a great job.
