Nice chicken, but they gave me Original flavored instead of the Garlic & Soy Boneless Chicken which I ordered...

I usually have nothing but nice things to say about this Chicken of Rock but today I was very disappointed. the Original Boneless Chicken had no seasoning. I'm not sure if it's usually seasoned or if the seasoning from the fries is what normally makes it tasty but since they weren't well seasoned today too it was all very bland. the fries were stale and mostly overcooked, to the point where I couldn't even bite through a few of them. the portion was generous as usual.
I also ordered the Kimchi sesame Slaw and wasn't sure what to expect since there's no photo - it's a little bit of kimchi on top of a pot of plain shredded cabbage, and it's quite small for the price. I wish there was an option for a tub of kimchi by itself or the slaw had been made with the kimchi more incorporated because the kimchi was delicious and the only part of my meal with flavour.
it's a shame because I was really looking forward to the usual level of quality chicken.

Chicken not as warm as I've had in the past however just as tasty! Definitely better than KFC!
My only other issue is your chips always arive cold and soggy and completely inedible maybe they need cooking at the last minute and packaging separately from the chicken to prevent them going sad?
I will be back best chicken I've had !

Ordered from here many times. Always impressed. The Cajun Corn Salad on top of the Classic Fries pops off. And the chicken goes hard.

Garlic & Soy Boneless Chicken tasted good but the pieces were huge and slightly dry. Chips were yum.
