Chicken on the way is a staple of Calgary, and the Crowfoot location does not disappoint!!! Super hot and always made fresh to order, incredibly juicy chicken, and the corn fritters are the best part of the meal!!

I'm new to Calgary but oh lawd have I been converted. I see this shop recommended on every forum and now I know why. Chicken is exceptional. I'm from the US, it is every bit as good as your best southern fried chicken. No need for hot sauce or gravy, it stands on its own.
I had no expectation for the corn fritters but they were a major hit. Perfectly fried. Delicious. Fries as well, old school style fresh cut fries that need no gravy but would also be perfect in poutine.
Excellent portions, taste, spices, and sides. I am officially converted as a noob to Calgary. Will never order chains again.

The Hungry Man Dinner is my favourite choice. I have been disappointed in the past, but these last 2 times that I've ordered, I've been very happy. The chicken is back to a decent, normal size, and nicely cooked, no longer too salty and not too greasy...excellent! The fritters were beautiful, light and fluffy with a nice crunch on the outside and good flavour. The potato salad also had good taste and consistency. The only critique I have that prevents me from giving 5 stars, is the fritters really don't have much in the way of corn in them anymore. What happened to the corn? Growing up, that's what I really loved about the fritters, was that lovely, sweet corn...that truly made the fritter so delicious! The other thing that prevented a 5th star is the fact that the potatoes in the potato salad are grated, rather than diced. Yuck. Really not a pleasant texture on the tongue. Who 'grates' potatoes for potato salad!? The food was fresh, hot, well cooked and very tasty though and I had a lovely delivery person. Thank you! 😊

This place is disgusting. Beware of this place. The chips were burnt and the chicken aside from being small were not fresh! They tasted like they have been from yesterday. Go order somewhere else. I will tell my friends and everyone I know about this.

Last time we did pick up was amazing. sadly this time we got 3 piece Individual Fish and it was soggy and greasy. The Corn Fritters (Three) where also very greasy and the fries where a bit undercooked.Hungry Man Dinner Corn Fritters (One)
