I paid extra money for a bowl of soup and only got a cup of soup. my sandwich was just thrown together with very little meat portions and it was supposed to be a club sandwich. Usually my orders are really good from here I was very disappointed.

Ordered the Chicken Salad Melt. Got a stale croissant with some chicken salad slapped on. No cheese, not toasted. I order from Chicken Salad Chick in Maumelle all the time-- no issues. They even throw in an extra cookie sometimes. Will not make the mistake of trying the Conway location again.

Sassy Scotty  was a real let down tbh. The texture was like tuna more than a chicken salad. Also didn't taste the ranch. I was real hyped for it from Tik Tok, but I probably  won't order from here again.

Expensive for the small portions that I received and the bag was not sealed at all.  All tasted fine, just expensive imo.

The bread was just thorwnin an oversized what looked liked used plastic baggie.  Didn't seem sanitary and was only 1 slice instead of 2 that was ordered.  The rest of the meal was very good.
