• 5/15/25I wanted to love this place, but it was a bit of a mixed bag. The Classic Carol chicken salad was delicious—definitely the highlight—but the scoop sizes were much smaller than they appear in the ads, which was disappointing. I also tried the Olivia’s Old South and it was a little too heavy on the pickle for my taste. The broccoli salad was surprisingly good, nice and fresh. Unfortunately, the soup tasted like it came straight from a can—definitely not the homemade feel I expected. On top of that, it's a bit pricy for what you actually get. Overall, not terrible, but not quite living up to the hype either.

• 11/1/25I love Chicken Salad Chick. They do it right. I generally get a sandwich that comes with a side, a pickle, and a mini cookie. It's simple, fresh, exactly what you want and expect. The portions are perfect. Enough for a filling lunch and maybe a bite or two for later. I recently tried the White Chocolate Cake Slice . One slice is shareable. If you want to be satisfied and get exactly what you want, this is the right place to order from.

• 4/18/24Oh my goodness, best chicken salad, broccoli salad, and grape salad in NC!!!
My family now debates if it is too soon to order again.
We ordered the Classic Carol , Sassy Scotty , and the Dixie Chick ; as well as the Broccoli Salad and Grape Salad the taste matches the descriptions. They all were beautifully packed.

• 7/23/23I swear I eat here 2xs a week minimum! I always get the The Chick with 3 scoops. I typically will get Sassy Scotty, Fancy Nancy, egg salad, pimento cheese! It's all very good! I highly recommend chicken salad chick
