• 9/9/25I actually asked for no tomato and for the first time it came wrong. I went to take it off but it was SO FRESH and not overly ripe, so, I left it and it was AMAZING! Always fresh, never a bad experience. Great portions to keep you full, satisfied, and coming back!

• 4/7/26Ordered sandwich on croissant...bread tasted like old, possibly previously frozen bread. It was the worst meal I've ever had from Chicken Salad Chick. I tried the loaded potato soup for the first time...and will be my last time. From now on I'll stick to the grab 'n go chicken salad only!

• 5/1/24I don't know how anyone can rate this sandwich 100%. My toasted bread was ice cold. There was only one piece of bacon on the whole sandwich and a half a slice of tomato and small end of tomato. Lettuce was brown.

• 1/31/24Came for the chix salad and fell in love with the pimento cheese! Just the right amount of cheesiness and heat. Tried 2 chicken salads, classic, fruity fran. Both were good. The fruity fran was missing a bit of the juiciness I would've liked from more grapes and apples. Broccoli salad was good because not drowned in dressing. Each meal came with a cute bite-sized cookie. My dasher didn't deliver the first order and restaurant + doordash CSR were prompt in processing a reorder.

• 2/7/24Tried for the first time and loved it! Chicken Salad Melt was perfect, and the Grape Salad was delicious. You can tell the restaurant is passionate about their shop and everything was made with love.
