I absolutely LOVE Chicken Salad Chick...it's my go to, never disappointed place to eat.Food is usually perfect but today my Scoop Meal looked more like a kids meal.The scoop of chicken salad was half of what it usually is. Very disappointed.

One half sandwich had barely a scoop of chicken salad - none of the sides were packaged separately and were all over the meals.  The food was good as usual but the packaging was bad and the amount of chicken salad per salad was very sparse

Order was not sent as ordered on site. Ordered large of item received a small. Yet food is amazingly good. Just recommend the staff to make more effort. Second time here that we have had a issue with not getting what was ordered.

my order accidentally got placed at this location and I could not have been happier with the outcome staff is friendly management is awesome restaurant is clean and the food as always delicious

The Fruity Fran wasn't fruity at all I had two pieces of pineapple on the whole sandwich. No apples no grapes at all. the second scoop was much better.  The spiciness is just right
