I had ordered a combo dinner thru Door Dash from Chicken Shack. My combo had dark meat chicken and BBQ ribs, shack potatoes and a roll. I added on a small cole slaw and a small side of corn. Everything arrived hot and the order was correct. The dinner was supposed to have 2 pieces of chicken, a thigh and a drumstick. I was thrilled to see an extra drumstick hiding under the other chicken and ribs. And instead of 4 ribs, I got 5! Chicken Shack ribs are the BEST! Meaty, fall off the bone tender, and well sauced with their signature BBQ glaze. Perfection! I got enough broasted, buttery potatoes for dinner for 2 and enough potatoes to make breakfast hash brown in a day or 2. The cole slaw, which I love, is finely chopped and has the perfect flavor of creamy, sweet and tart. I also got a small side of corn. It was filled to the top, well buttered, and had a nice amount of black pepper and was not overly salty at all. I was happy to see dinner included one of their square, soft, white dinner rolls. For just a hair over 20 bucks, it was s great value for the quantity and quality of the food I got. My driver, Na Donna was wonderful. She delivered promptly, followed my delivery instructions, and was very kind and friendly. I was happy to give her a bonus tip for her excellent service. I would be happy to have her deliver for me anytime! A great meal from Chicken Shack and a fabulous Door Dash experience. I am definitely beyond satisfied and will order from Chicken Shack again and will use Door Dash for all my deliveries.

The 8 piece dark value meal came hot and crispy and the potatoes were perfect. I can tell the employees really care about the quality of the food. I'll be ordering from here again for takeout, delivery, and even catering because of the quality

That was an actual meal. Like that would be home cooked. You want to eat all the meat off the chicken bones, grab a potatoe, hit some slaw, then grab a bite of green beans and finally a bite out of the roll. And repeat until complete. You will finish satisfied, but still finding it hard to quit picking at the chicken bones. Fast delivery. Hot food. Superb. I cannot offer a higher recommendation for delivery dinner and probably dine in (haven't done it).
Oh and youre gonna get you moneys worth- plenty of food with that chicken dinner and sides, and nobody is beating the price.
This plce is a gem in the area. You must enjoy their chicken.

This is my last review. My last order from here. You have got to be kidding me. When I saw my total this morning I about had a heart attack. $41 for a chicken wing dinner and a bottle of coke???
And BABY WINGS ON TOP OF IT. This is the biggest rip off closest to Big Boys! I am so in shock I can't see straight. The chicken was o.k. but very little sauce and no butter on the potatoes. They were so dry and really cooked dark. What happened to the Chicken Shack that used to be a 3-4 time a week dinner for me? Not any more. I"m done. This made my decision very easy! Good luck!

Ribs dry and partially burnt. I got 8 tiny tiny mushrooms, 2 of the 8 wings so tiny. This is the 3rd time I received crap food for spending a lot of money. I am done with Chicken Shack.
