Today was Excellent! We used to order all the time but stopped due to the quality. We absolutely love the Chicken Bite Bucket but at 1 point they were consistently over cooked, very small & mostly just burnt batter & considering the price we quit ordering for awhile. We are SO happy we tried them again they were perfect! Whatever you did they are amazing like before! Haha Shaq! Lol...Chicken Shack is back. Thanks guys! Your awesome!

Wow I'm very impressed. I've ordered before but didn't have best experience. This time it was absolutely perfect. The Chicken Bites Dinner was so fresh not greasy the chicken Crispy Chicken Sandwich wow look out on the chicken sandwich wars cuz this was amazing! Everything was great & I ordered it late jus before closing! Even my dasher was great! Thank you!

Cod small and greasy, Cole Slaw tasted okay but, chopped like a Cauliflower Mash! The fried mushrooms were slightly bland but, the serving size was plentiful! The Shack Potatoes were extremely delicious and the serving size was also quite large as well. I'm sorry for only giving 2 stars but, the only food we enjoyed were the "shack potatoes".

Sadly...has declined in taste.
I have been advised....new owners?
NO seasoning taste now..very bland...and increased pricing...for lower quality.
4 times trying to give chances.
Have to ask for extra butter on Famous shack potatoes to get ANY flavor.
Back to other flavorful choices close by:
Krispy chicken and fish.. also on Wayne Road...never fails.

We always order the same thing, the tender bucket, the chicken bite only and a mushroom, shack potatoes and usually fries though that varies. It's always so yummy, the batter on the chicken is thin and crispy, the mushrooms are usually huge, battered and fried to perfection. It never feels like a lot of grease. The shack potatoes are buttery good. We order at least twice a month.
