The Thank you and the smiley face they put on the bag was cute and made me smile and the food tasted good especially after a busy night at work

The chips in the Half Chicken & Chips are warm and taste like they have either been sitting for a while or been reheated. A drink was also forgotten. This isn't the first time either. The rest of the order was fine

Chips were undercooked, soggy and had no seasoning in them. Chicken wasn't much better.
