The Samurai Deluxe was pretty damn good. The bun was nice, the chicken is juicy, and i absolutely love the sauce. The milk tea was not, though. It may be because I was not able to drink it right away, so it stayed refrigerated for a bit, but the milk tea was so bland, it was like drinking water.

I've been a dedicated customer to this place for the past year, and I must admit, it's seriously addictive! Jay even knows my name when my Door Dash orders come in, which is pretty impressive. I'm a regular, ordering at least 4-5 times a week. My go-to is always the Mushu Fries with extra chicken, sauce on the side, and I pay extra for sauce. Can't forget the honey milk tea (no boba) and those amazing sweet teas – best tea EVER!
However, I've noticed a significant dip in service this past month. It seems they're in the process of training new employees, and my orders have been consistently missing items. Last time, it was my two sweet teas! I've paid them at least $50 for food I never received now.
Despite a promise from Jay that the GM would personally reach out to me this past Sunday to resolve the situation, I'm still waiting for that call. It's a bit disheartening because I love the food, but the recent hiccups in service have left me a tad disappointed. Here's hoping they can sort out the training issues and get back on track!

I've eaten food delivered from here three times and this time my chicken sandwich tasted like it had been fried for a month .. it was so bad that I could not eat it and had to put on pants to leave the house and go to McDonald's to have a McChicken, which was sadly vastly better.
I was impressed the other two times.

This was our first time trying this place. I am unimpressed. The chicken sandwich was bland and overcooked. The fries were something you could easily buy in the Walmart frozen section. We got sweet tea and lemonade and both tasted like very nasty tap water...like lake turnover water. Also very overpriced for what we received. My husband did like his chicken wrap which is why I am giving this two stars. I don't think I'll be giving this place a second try though.

If you have not tried this place, you should! It is my new fave! The honey milk tea is fabulous and The Kitana and the mushu fries kitana style are fire!
