Chile Verde

All entrée salads are served in a soft or crispy flour tortilla bowl with lettuce, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and avacado slices and topped with crispy tortilla strips. Served with your choice of homemade salad dressing: Traditional Ranch, Ancho Chile Ranch, Anasazi Blue Cheese, or Honey Cilantro Vinaigrette.

Create your favorite combination! Choose from the following Items: Crab Cake, Relleno, Beef Tamale, Enchilada, Taco, or Mini Burrito. Served with lettuce, pico de gallo, New Mexican rice and pinto beans. (All Enchiladas, Tacos, and Mini-burritos have Chicken as default filling. May substitute Beans, Pork, Chorizo, Shredded Beef or Ground Beef using write in feature. i.e. Please substitute Pork in enchilada...)

All of our quesadillas are made with a toasted 12’’ tortilla and filled with melted cheese. Each is served with sour cream, guacamole, lettuce and pico de gallo.

For kids 12 and under. All kids menu entrees include a fountain drink and a choice of one side: French fries, apple sauce, seasonal fruit cup, New Mexican rice, or squeezable yogurt. (Milk, Chocolate Milk or Rootbeer is not included)
