Our food was terrible - every single dish was a disappointment . We ordered Big Mouth® Bites, Fried Mozzarella, Southwestern Eggrolls, Texas cheese fries, and Boneless Wings for the game night. The sliders looked like a child put them together - the cheese was hanging off the meat, one of the patties was half gone, edges were burnt, and bacon crumbles were like chewing rubber. They give you three Fried Mozzarella sticks for 10.99, and the cheese wasnt even melted - tasted like a block of cold mozz covered in breading. The cheese fries had the same rubber bacon crumbles as the sliders and the cheese was overcooked. The Southwestern Eggrolls were supposed to come with avocado ranch and didnt, and the roll itself was soggy (we live 5 mins from the restaurant so the delivery was not a factor for this). The Boneless Wings had more breading than chicken, were severely overcooked, and drownedin the sauce. We wont be back to Chilis.

They dumped a bunch of sauce on the chipotle chicken and it completely soaked the Nashville hot mots making them taste weird

I have overall had a good experience when ordering from this specific restaurant. The food is always ready on time and for the most part they follow special instructions. I have only ever had one issue where they didn't but I highly recommend especially the chicken Cajun pasta.

Classic Sirloin* - Classic Sirloin* - 10oz pretty good overall but was a bit overcooked was supposed to be medium but was more like medium well/ well done. Chicken Crisper® Combo tasted good but was VERY VERY salty. Basically like KFC flavor but extreme saltiness. Less heavy handed on the salt batter would do well. Fries were also on the salty side but tasted good. Meal was delivered with care which was positive.
