I'm a regular customer of Chili Chili and their food is always delicious. I particularly recommend the House Special Fried Potato, the Pan-Fried Spicy Hotpot (either version), the Stir-Fried Pork Belly with Long Hot Green Peppers, and the Diced Chicken with Chilies.
