My order was received 10 min earlier than expected. YAY! My soup was still hot, however the fries were too cool and stale. I think if Chili's could find another way to package fries they would arrive fresh. Also, placing a seal on the food package(s) would be a huge assurance to your customers.

Steak was horrible. All fat, terribly cooked. The Mac & cheese poured out like water. My autistic son, who has never said a bad thing about Mac & cheese, said "mommy my Mac & cheese is just a little bit good." He wouldnt eat it. The jalenpeno sausage wasnt even cooked, tasted microwaved. It normally defaults to Terrell & we've never understood why. Today it defaulted to Forney. Worst experience we've ever had. Don't order from this location, order from literaly anywhere else. Order it from Mesquite even, but dont order from Forney.
