Of all the chains of this ilk, their food is by far the best. And the prices seem slightly more reasonable than other similar places. I also often get home late from work, sometimes after 1030, and they have the food prepped and out to me faster than most fast food places. My go-to late night place

Burger and chicken sandwiches were good. My chicken salad tasted good, but wow, tiny tiny portion  literally less than I've brought home as leftovers.not happy. Expensive side salad. Will not order from them again

Cannot believe how far Chili's has fallen. I ordered over the weekend and got the triple dipper and the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. The big mouth bites from the triple dipper were extremely dry and the chicken crispers have diminished in size tremendously. They used to be very decent sized and now they look like they should be exclusively for children. The chicken bacon ranch quesadillas are also extremely small. Besides being small, they have filling in the top portion of the quesadilla but the bottoms of each one were empty. Very disappointed. Waste of $38.

I placed my order after 9:00pm. Ordinarily, when I order that late, it's from McDonald's, Wendy's, or WaWa, but they keep messing up my orders, so I ordered from Chili's. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. And it was a much better value than the other places.

 We've ordered from this restaurant several times and have never had this issue. This is supposed to be a kids meal. I understand kids portions are smaller, but for the amount of money you spend, I'd expect more than 10 French fries for my 8 year old. You are paying more money for less food. That amount of food for a kids meal is completely unacceptable.
