I order this burger from another Chili's and they messed it up so bad. I decided to order from the Bristol Chili's and they did a great job! The Bacon Rancher Burger* was flavorful and the way I liked it . Def worth the money, it is a huge burger, but delicious!

Sirloin was suppose to be medium rare. It was so dry and overcooked. Could barely chew it. The other sandwich was chicken. Overcooked and a soggy roll. Disappointing for the money spent. Packaging was unsettling. Did not come in a sealed back and the plastic containerswith food in them had no stickers to prevent someone from opening them.

Did not get a straw my food came with one little slice of avocado and 4 little pieces of Lunch Combo - Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl I paid 37 dollars for my order and was not what I expected I paid way too much to only get one slice of avocado and 4 pieces of chicken I'm disappointed

Cold on arrival. Missing sides. Broccoli was disgusting. Very dry, very bland. Chicken needed stone teeth to chew through. Also didn't included the paid for additional sauce.
