The steaks were cooked as ordered and well seasoned, the broccoli was cooked perfectly, and the loaded mashed potatoes were delicious.

this order was a massive let down. I've eaten at other Chili's locations in person a lot, so I was expecting a good meal. but the steaks (ribeyes) we ordered medium rare came well done—nowhere remotely close to medium rare or even medium. the fries were cold and soggy and just thrown into the container with the steak where they turned to mush from the steak fat. the servings were also smaller than in person, and everything was a mess, overall. i don't know is this how Chili's does their mobile orders or is it just this location, but it was a horrible value. 0/10 would never order here again.

Besides forgetting my salad, the steak was so mealy and had so many veins (or whatever they're called) that I fed it to my dogs. Pretty sad for a $30 steak. The dry rub ribs were like jerky. I'm so disappointed.

The items in the Triple Dipper® were soggy :/. I've ordered this before and it didn't come that way. It also seemed like they put all the sauce on the items after putting it in the to go container which meant everything was covered in all the sauces. The <<taggedItemId=21249131858>>Peanut Butter Pie made with REESE’S†ut Butter Pie made with REESE’S†<</taggedItemId>> was fine, but not worth the price.
