• 3/15/25The food is always hot and fresh, the Chicken Fajitas, Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas and BBQ Brisket Burger are amazing. The Chili's in LC is awesome

• 5/25/24Burgers were delicious but Chips & Salsa were a waste of money (2nd time I have felt this way). Chips were plentiful but salsa came in a tiny container and it was only half way filled. So looks like we will just be having chips. Disappointed since this was an $8+ add-on.

• 1/12/23Definitely not a Big Mouth Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It had one tiny chicken strip on it that didn't even cover half the bun. I order from chilis alot, but this was not worth the money.

• 3/28/26Not very enjoyable. The Bowl of Soup was the best thing, big mouth bites were pretty good too and fries as well. Chicken crispers were rubbery. White cheddar macaroni and cheese was like a soup and incredibly salty. Nashville hot mozzarella sticks were very gritty. Mexican rice was bland.

• 9/23/23Since my surgery I have been more reliant on take out and using the wonderful services of Door Dash. May I add.. I am known to not be a picky individual at all. I've ordered from Chilis multiple times while using the Door Dash app.. with that being said I've not really had any issues up to this point besides 1 other time which i let it go and gave a 5 star review bc i had the mindset of things happen. I understand each food chain has speed of service goals therefore want to execute each order in a timely manner. I received my food and the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas was awful. I was discussed from the looks of the quesadilla to the point I didn't even want to eat it at all but i also didn't like the idea of wasting the money i spent on my order either. The chicken & the flour tortillas from the quesadilla was extremely mushy & soggy. The chicken looked to be undercooked to the point the chicken was pure mush & with a slimy texture.. therefore I did not want to attempt eating it. I had to pick all the chicken off which resulted in me losing a majority of my cheese along with the chicken. With that being said.. I was left eating a very small portion of cheese on my soggy flour tortillas from my quesadilla considering i ordered it with no bacon. Luckily, my 2 small sides of rice was good but unfortunately were cold due to the process in which I had to take prior to being able to eat my meal that I overall spent roughly $40 on. Also, side note.. for the first time i ordered the Mini Chocolate Molten for dessert. Chilis should evaluate the price of what they charge their customers for this dessert. They charge $6 for this particular dessert which comes with a tiny black cup of ice cream that is not even full!!! Which is the size of cup used for their dipping sauces. Overall for the amount of money customers pay for food from Chilis.. I would expect good food quality and better portioning regarding certain food choices.
