steak was perfect 🥰 the shrimp was a little small but that might be what I paid for, but never enough ranch for my salad 😭

Triple Dipper® every time! So good every time! We choose the- cheeseburger sliders, southwest eggrolls (the BEST), and then the regular crispy chx tenders (boring but they're for my 4 year old). Even my 4y/o said- "Chilis always has the best meat!" Just love the consistency bc consistency is rare! :) OH- and I tried the enchilada soup for the first time- I was pleasantly surprised. Veryyy creamy and tasty. The only thing I'll say is- it could use SOUR CREAM and a little more cheese :)

My husband enjoyed Chili's Philly sandwich very much. I love their chicken enchilada Bowl of Soup however I didn't like that they added the tortilla strips to the soup instead of on the side. By the time I received the soup, those strips were soggy and mushy and had soaked up the . That was kind of gross. Then the bowl size was actually the cup size so it was overpriced.

badly packaged food, the steak is dried out and the mushrooms were not separated in a container like usual. the corn leaked everywhere and the plastic box was not sealed. very sloppy and not what I am used to with this chilli's location. they usually take great care to package everything separately so it doesn't leak out into the bag. not what I would expect from a $20 steak.

The Chili's Philly shouldn't be allowed to be called a "Philly." There was almost no beef, replaced with piles of jalapenos and mushrooms (their inclusion should have been a red flag). The mozzarella was mostly crust. Chili's is cutting a lot of corners for their prices to be so high. Done with Chili's for the foreseeable future.
