Chili's is excellent!  Everything we've ordered has been above our expectations.  But better than the quality and taste of their food, is their attention to detail.
We've ordered many times and have never had a missing item from our order.  The order receipt is attached to the bag and each item is highlighted  to ensure they package all items on the order.  So far, this is the only restaurant that has a perfect record with our family!

Was missing the Oldtimer® w/Cheese (hadn't had one in quite a while) and was a bit disappointed today. Don't laugh that I got broccoli, I'm trying to achieve balance! Speaking of, broccoli was sparse and the whole thing lacked flavor. Chili's usually at least adds salt & pepper to their food so that was a miss. I added garlic salt and black pepper to make it more palatable, but I shouldn't have had to. Different cooks, I suppose...burger was still a good size. Will try again.

The classic sirloin was so tough that I couldn't even cut it, much less chew it.
The mashed potatoes and onions on them and they don't taste like the mashed potatoes usually taste that come from there. Your mashed potatoes are usually delicious.

Classic Ribeye w/ mushrooms was good,  & the asparagus were cooked perfectly, just crisp enough... not mushy like when overcooked... I have no room for the molten lava cake , however I did take a bite and it's YUMMY!! There's even heating instructions to ensure delicious perfection!!
If you order sour cream  for dipping sauce just a word of caution...the portions are the equivalent to about 6 Oz of sour cream lol...Oh yeah the Deep Eddy Strawberry Texas Lemonade is GREAT ... not too watered down !!!
