The past 3 or 4 times I've ordered Chili's, the food quality has been downright bad. The sliders were passable, but the tenders were actually inedible, just spongey and chewy. I keep wanting to give Chili's another go, but this was pretty bad. Weird too that some items were hot and others were cold.

OMG THE STEAK IS AMAZING, Shrimps are cooked perfectly. Southwestern Eggrolls never disappoints, this my first time trying Street Corn it's very good and delicious

We ordered the "Mushroom Mushroom Swiss Burger* and just after I had bragged about how Chili's made such a "Great Burger!" I ordered it with just extra American cheese, mushrooms, mayo, mustard, and cooked "No Pink" and paid the extra money to have an additional patty added to this burger. When it arrived the container looked as though it had been flipped over and thrown around. The burger was apart and it was then that we noticed and we counted that there were exactly 5 tiny sliced cooked mushrooms, as if they were rationing these mushrooms! Another previous time Chili's sent a free slice of cheesecake saying that they had ran out of mushrooms?!! I guess that foreshadowed what happened tonight! How do you run out of mushrooms? Then next we saw that these burgers were cooked "No Pink" but were dried out and incinerated! Not just well-done, but had black burnt layer on the outside of both burgers! We've ordered from this Chili's many times and there is something to be said when you are paying  $60.00 including fees and tip for one burger, a bowl of soup that was cold when delivered, and a desert and two out of the three things you order you cannot get right!

Perfect protein choice,size and portion, I ordered for dinner the Classic Ribeye* with a side of loaded mashed potatoes and fresh streamed broccoli. Highly recommend and I would order again.
