The food from Chimborazo is consistently delicious. Incredible flavors. Perfectly cooked items, every time. I can't get enough of the llapingachos, shrimp encocado, and the hornado con papas. Their green sauce is the best!

This place is always incredible. I'm so happy to see that the food is just as good at the new Saint Paul location. The Lomo Saltado is delicious, and the Llapingachos Appetizer is a must try no matter what you get.

My favorite rest ever! My favorite dish is the llapangachos con chorizo. Llapangachos are cheese filled potato pancakes and it's topped with a spicy peanut sauce and curtido, which is lettuce, tomato and onion. I do a happy dance every time I eat food from here!

Food is interesting....it is quite expensive for what you get though. The portions are ridiculously small for what you pay to be honest. I didn't get napkins or utensils either. packaging could also be better. My favorite was the Empanada De Carne. The food is unique but needs improvements.
