Food was delicious. But white rice was obviously old - hard consistency, brownish in color.
Food with sauce was a mess when delivered:
- eggplant so hot burned through the styrofoam
- fish and vegetables dishes leaked sauce everywhere 
Should pack these dishes in plastic soup containers

My family has enjoyed Chin's since they opened a location in Temecula.  They use quality ingredients.  Food is consistently good.  We enjoy supporting this family business.
