They always have large portions and the food tastes good. The kung pao didn't have peanuts or diced vegetables, only peppers and onions.

Have tried Laurel Chen's via Door Dash twice. The first time was a good experience.
We tried it again tonight....horrible experience. Took over an hour to get the order ready for the driver. When driver picked up the order the place was empty and the employees were playing on their phones. They carelessly slopped the food into the containers and threw them in the bag. When we got the order, they had opened and all of the food was mixed together in the bottom of the bag. Two of the three orders were wrong, although hard to tell.
Total time from order placed to being delivered was almost two hours. Unacceptable.
Driver did a great job making up time to get the food to us, not at all his fault.
We will not be buying from Laurel Chen's again.

they definatly send plenty for the price. only negative is no way when ordering to request extra sauces. food very good tho
