韮王乾燒伊麵 / Dry Roasted Yi Mein is a classic in Chinese cuisine and was delicious. The long noodles were mixed with some vegetables and mushrooms and were delicious with some hot pepper oil. The 豉油皇炒麵 / Fried Noodle with Soy Sauce reminds me of a quick takeout dish with thin fried noodles compared to the dish above. If you want authentic Chinese food that is elevated above Chinese takeout but not overly priced mediocre Chinese food catering to Westerners, this is the place for you. They also serve Hong Kong style dim sum which is hard to find outside of Philly's Chinatown. I will definitely get the noodles again.

I'm assuming the dim sum gets cold easily by the time it gets here, as both times I order they are only room temperature. Otherwise taste is fine.
金銀蛋海鮮炒飯 / Seafood Fried Rice w Salted Egg was hot and pretty good. Though I would have liked more seafood variation than mainly shrimps.

Authentic Chinese dishes. Much better than little Chinese takeout places. Beef ho fun on point and fried noodles as good as in Chinatown

The sesame 芝麻雞 / Sesame Chicken was soggy! The 楊州炒飯 / House Fried Rice was bland and only had pork and shrimp. Way too expensive and Not worth the money!

楊州炒飯 / House Fried Rice was generally good. The 椒鹽鮮魷 / Deep-Fried Squid w. Salted & Pepper was decent though some number of pieces were a bit on the hard side.
