This is my first time ordering from China Ming
but it definitely won't be my last!
I ordered the Shrimp Mei Fun and Wonton Egg Drop Soup and my food was ready for delivery very quickly! When my order arrived, it was packed carefully so that it arrived nice and hot. Included in my order were two bags of crunchy noodles, duck and soy sauces, and of course, a couple of fortune cookies. Both my shrimp entree and soup were absolutely delicious and tasted so fresh, I highly recommend them both! The portion sizes are generous, so there's definitely enough to get a second meal out of these. I really appreciate your attention to quality and look forward to exploring your other menu items!

I order from here decently often. Lately I notice the food quality going down with prices going up. A few orders ago when I got the double delight the sauce was super watery and weird. Switched to boneless spare ribs after that. Last order there was a lot of fat in it. We usually do chicken on a stick for a side. Last few times they've been so wet they leak through two bags and last time the sauce tasted off. Today I wanted to try the fried scallops for a side. I got 9/10 scallops and 1 chicken from sweet and sour chicken. It said it was supposed to come with a tangy sauce but there was nothing in the bag aside from the normal ones so I'm not sure if I was supposed to use the duck sauce or what. I haven't even touched my boneless spare ribs yet. Hopefully they'll have less fat than last time.

The general Tso's tofu is the best I've ever had. I've been privileged to have Chinese in several major cities and college towns and China Ming blows them all away. everything I've tasted here is exceptional! 10/10 would recommend

All of the food was hot & delicious. The Beef with Broccoli combo was cooked perfectly & the restaurant allows you a fried rice substitution if you don't eat pork. The Egg Drop Soup was piping hot & some of the best I've had. I've picked up & had delivery from here & everyone I encountered was very nice. This is my go-to restaurant for Chinese.

We are locals here for 8yrs now. Trying to find good Chinese food around here is hard. We have tried them all and even China Ming's in the past and wasn't that impressed. We have another shot tonight after not ordering from there for several months and let me tell you the quality has improved significantly. Very fresh and flavorful. This will be our #1 spot now.
