good simple hand made dumplings and noodles, I'd eat this again in a heartbeat

101. Stir-fried Handmade Noodles / 炒拉面 the advt says mixed vegetables and meat of your choice but we cannot select a meat. so put a note saying need chicken and delivered no chicken. tasteless and not worth the money spent. Will not go back. Restaurant blames Doordash
Hokkien Fried Rice is again just rice and very little sauce and a few shreds of seafood. again not worth the money.

The Lan Zhou beef brisket noodle soup rated 1 due to not enoght beef ( lots of noodles ). Very disappointing, however the broth itself was super delicious.
The rice is on par... thats all I have to say.
